The AB˛CD is a not-for-profit volunteer parent organisation which survives from donations, class fees and annual membership fees.

In addition to supporting the AB˛CD's activities, by becoming a member you will enjoy exclusive benefits such as:

  • free borrowing from more than 700 library items in Portuguese, among them CDs, videos, books, games and CD-Roms.
  • receiving a member discount at paid events
  • receiving a member discount at weekly playgroup sessions ($3 instead of $4)
  • a subscription to the quarterly newsletter Brincando
  • regular email information and invites
  • the right to stand for a position on the AB˛CD's Management Committee and to vote at AGMs
  • a free classified advertisement in the quarterly newsletter Brincando

Family Membership costs $20 for one year, or $50 for three years, while annual Entity Membership (open to other Portuguese-language playgroups and organisations) costs $50. Membership fees are due every July.
